Today I want to share how grateful I am for my customers, the people who actually part with their hard earned money to get my cookies. I am humbled by their trust in my ability to make pretty and tasty products.
Today I was able to purchase, with the money I've made making cookies, a bigger and more powerful mixer! I chose the KitchenAid Pro 600 on a really good sale (thank you, BJ's) and can't wait to start using it. I had been using my old KitchenAid Artisan to make my recipes, hoping that one day I could add a larger capacity one to my kitchen and my old mixer would last at least that long.
